It is baffling that the same people who were protesting, rioting, & screaming about the authoritarian/fascist Trump admin are the same people literally begging to be forced to wear masks, put under mandatory govt lockdowns, & required to show vaccine passports to be in public.

The potential head of the ATF stated he wants to ban “assault weapons.”

When asked what an AW was he stated: whatever Congress says is an AW

Proof that “assault weapon” is a BS ever-expanding term to ban as many guns as they can get away with

Sen. Feinstein: "[Guns] are more misused than used properly, if there is a proper way to use a weapon to kill somebody”
1. Lawful use is exponentially higher than unlawful use
2. Self-defense against an imminent lethal threat is the proper way to use a gun to kill somebody. twitter

It still baffles me that there are actually "ATF" Commemorative guns...

Its a gun commemorating an agency infringing on firearm rights... and shooting your dog... #guns #guncontrol #2A #smh twitter

In other words, the protections afforded by the Constitution prevent a President from making law through executive fiat.

Just FYI @voxdotcom... That's how it should be. twitter.com/voxdotcom/stat…

Legit interested in hearing your best argument for:
How requiring background checks for "ghost guns" will work &
How regulating "ghost guns" will be effective in any way.

My position: Can't do it & it won't work. Change my mind.

Even though the Department of Justice attempted to keep the public from seeing the newly proposed assault weapon regulations, the Firearms Policy Coalition was able to obtain and publish the regulations so that California gun owners can see how the new laws will affect them.

Take a look at our "DOJ Proposed Regulations Quick Reference Guide" for assistance in understanding these new regulations.
